She was predeceased by: her son Miguel Angel Ortiz. She is survived by: her husband Angel Luis Ortiz; her son Luis Angel Ortiz (Ashley Ortiz); her grandchildren, Alexandria Ortiz, Emilee Ortiz and Ayden Ortiz; and her siblings, Hermenegilda Cruz (Gracin), Santos Quinones (Tita) and Felipe Martinez (Chuche). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
