Brooks; her godson Terik Francis; her nieces and nephews, Zesta Lewis of Buffalo, Phyllis Young of Buffalo, Elijah Brooks Jr. of Buffalo, Christee Brooks of Buffalo, Demar Battle of Atlanta, Rashad Battle of Atlanta, Raquia Battle of Atlanta, Rhonda Battle of Atlanta and Kamecha Sims; her cousins, Edith Battle of Americus, GA, Linda Battle of Americus, GA, Lucile Simmons of Leslie Georgia and Jacob Battle, Sr. of Leslie Georgia; her friends, Marcie Francis of Bloomfield, CT, Nancine Crump of Bloomfield, CT, Bertha Minnifield of Bloomfield, CT, Mike Blue of Bloomfield, CT, Teresa Simmons and Esther Williams; and her pet Barkley.
