He was predeceased by: his mothers, Anne M. Cylkowski (Flanagan) of West Granby and Laura "Laurie" Cylkowski (Matthews); his brother Ronald E. Cylkowski; and his grandparents, Edward Cylkowski, Theodore, Lorraine Matthews, Joseph and Mary Flanagan.
He is survived by: his pet Ruger; his grandmother Bette Cylkowski of Simsbury; his sister Nicole Cylkowski (Gary Stango Jr.) of Goshen; and his girlfriend Ashley Harlan of North Carolina. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many great friends.
