We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2023, at the age of 85, Dulcie Shirley Devoe of Weatogue, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Edgar DeVoe; her children, Glenn, Bruce, Barbara Kalisz (Mark), Bryan DeVoe (Sandy) and Debbie DeVoe (Dale); and her sister Emma "Teresa" DeVoe. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren. 6 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
