He was predeceased by: his parents, Pranas Mazulaitis and Ursule Mazulaitis; and his brother Joseph Mazulaitis. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Mazulaitis (Belanger); his daughters, Lisa Warner (Ted) of Northfield and Anne DeCarlo (Mark) of Thomaston; his sister Anele Dzekciorius of Troy, N. Y.; his grandchildren, Colleen Warner, Eric Warner, Jake DeCarlo and Nadean Armour (Jeff); and his great grandchildren, Emerson and Hudson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
