He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Foley and Vera Foley (Birdsall); and his brother Charles Richard Foley. He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Foley (Panilaitis); his sister Terry; his daughters, Holly "Missy", Marsha "Missy", Holly Varanelli (Thomas) of Riverton and Marsha Anthony (Gustavo Lopez) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Thomas Varanelli, Jr. (Lauren) of New Hartford, Michael Varanelli (Kayla Gugliotti) of Harwinton, Christopher Varanelli (Rachel) of Bristol, Joseph Varanelli of Riverton, Elizabeth Heffernan (Peter Mathieu) of Vermont, Michael Heffernan, Jr. of Riverton, Benjamin Anthony of Colorado, Christina Anthony of Massachusetts and Jason Anthony of Farmington; his great grandchild William Varanelli of Bristol; his sister Nancy McCleary (John) of Watertown; and his sisters-in-law, Jane Barber (Charles) of Watertown and Marsha Yoos (Kenneth) of Watertown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
