He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan Chowaniec; his parents, Walter Chowaniec and Maria Chowaniec; his granddaughter Mylah; and his siblings, Helen Pawlowski of Simsbury, CT, Frank Chowaniec (Magdalena), Joe Chowaniec (Danusia) and Michael Chowaniec (Karen). He was also cherished by brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hickcox Funeral Home (195 Main St, Watertown, CT 06795). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (574 Main St, Watertown, CT 06795). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the St. Joseph's Cemetery (522 Terryville Ave, Bristol, CT 06010).
