He was predeceased by: his sister Kathryn Collins. He is survived by: his spouse Terry Collins (Waters); his parents, Robert E. Collins and Jean Collins (Russell) of Harwinton; his children, Gregory Collins of Watertown, Joseph Collins of Watertown and Elizabeth; his sisters, Sarah Fishel (Adam) of Ithaca, NY and Rebecca Lindsey (Michael) of Middletown; his aunt Betsie; his uncle Rick; and his sisters-in-law, Diane and Kim.
