He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Heffernan and Vivian Heffernan (LaCourse). He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Luben); his children, Katie Buell (Stephen) of Suffield, Gregg Luben of Seattle, WA and Bryan Heffernan of Watertown; his grandchildren, Cullen and Peyton Buell of Suffield; his brother Peter Heffernan (Rosemary) of Plymouth, MA; his nephew Matthew Heffernan (Kate) of Hingham, MA; and his sister-in-law Deborah Luben of Branford. He is also survived by several great nephews and cousins.
