He was predeceased by: his mother Tina Teixeira (Evans); his grandmother Adrienne Melore; his stepgrandfather Neil Melore of Watertown, CT; his grandfather James Evans; his stepgrandmother Janet Evans of Painesville, OH; his uncle Timothy Evans of Florida; and his grandparents, Maria Helena and Americo Teixeira of Naugatuck, CT.
He is survived by: his father Antonio Teixeira; his pets, Big Mac, Patron, Morgan and Mia; his siblings, Cape Cod, Anthony Teixeira and Christie Teixeira; his nephew Anthony Teixeira; and his niece Isabella Teixeira. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Hickcox Funeral Home (195 Main St, Watertown, CT 06795). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St John the Evangelist Church (574 Main St, Watertown, CT 06795). An entombment was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (669 Platt Rd, Watertown, CT 06795).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Michael's name to Antonio or Christie Teixeira.
