She was predeceased by: her parents, William Walsh and Agnes Walsh; her son Thomas McCormack; her sister Kathleen; her brother-in-law Norbert Kisco; her brothers, Michael (Evelyn McCormack) and James (Patricia McCormack); and her nephew Michael McCormack.
She is survived by: her husband John McCormack (Jack); her brother William; her sister-in-law Anne Walsh; her children, Eileen Nettles, John McCormack (Leslie), Maureen Brinchman and Michael McCormack (Suzie Rohan); her son-in-law Robert Brinchman; her grandchildren, Heather Oun (Nikolai), Katie Lorraine Chechoski (Michael), Charles Nettles, Keely Brinchman (Zach Lerman), RJ Brinchman (Mara), Sean Brinchman, Laura McCormack (Sergey Kolpatchev), Patrick McCormack, Matthew McCormack (Brianna Bissonnette) and Trish Verrastro (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Nathan, Joshua, Porter, Clayton, Charlotte and Ivy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
