He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Robert Toffey Sr. and Virginia Toffey (Bruneau); his sister Sandra Richards (Don Richards); his niece Katie Bovat; and his brothers-in-law, Edwin Atchison and Jack Higgins.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Allison, Nicholas DeMond, Gabriel Toffey, Ian and Anastasia Bulluss; and his sisters, Karen Tari, Lynn Higgins, Doreen Atchison and Cheryl Bovat (Dan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
