With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen M. Scully (Watertown, Connecticut), born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on March 23, 2022 at the age of 59. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kathleen M. Scully to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father John "Jack" Moriarty; her aunt Virginia Scovell; and her father-in-law William Scully (Stephanie) of Westbrook. She is survived by: her husband James M. Scully; her mother Mary Moriarty (Illy); her children, Matthew Scully (Skylar Cleveland) and Lauren Scully (Michael Gabrielli); her brothers, John Moriarty (Pamela) of Kennett Square, PA and Kevin Moriarty (Lynn) of Simsbury; and her parents-in-law, Catherine Scully, Beth Scully (Eileen Barrett) of Brooklyn, NY, John Scully (David Osella) of West Hartford, Moira Myers (John) of Ocean Park, ME and Margaret Scully of Oakville. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews.
Donations will benefit the Watertown/Oakville communities that Kathy served as a lifelong resident and dedicated educator. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kathy's name to the Watertown Foundation, PO Box 117, Watertown, CT 06795.
