She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Florczyk and Maria Florczyk (Kantinsky); and her brothers-in-law, Nicholas Velezis and Steve Gagas. She is survived by: her husband George A. Velezis; her son Anthony F. Velezis (Kate) of Carmel, IN; her grandson Anders Velezis of Carmel; and her siblings-in-law, James A. Velezis (Ramona) of Lorton, VA, Paul Velezis (Sonia) of Waterbury, Elpiniki Gagas of Waterbury and Efterpy Velezis of Middlebury. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews: and grand nieces and nephews.
