It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Lukos of Watertown, Connecticut, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on October 26, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen Hymel and Watertown; his significant other Dawn Manka; his sons, Randolph Lukos (Sue), Robert Lukos (Gloria) and John Lukos (Michelle Chase); his sister Francis Jordan; his grandchildren, Cassie Wells (Don), Randy Lukos and Nick Emmons; his stepdaughters, Carrie and Bethann (Jose); his wife Rita Lukos; and his daughter Wendy Emmons. He was also cherished by several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
