She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Michna and Catherine Michna (Butcher); her husband Albert Siperas; her daughter Joanne Ballok; and her sister Genevieve Michna.
She is survived by: her son Steven; her daughter-in-law Beverly Siperas; her daughter Caroline Siperas; her son-in-law Steven Ballok; her grandchildren, Laura and Matthew (Shelly); her great grandchildren, Alexa, Olivia and Nora; and her caregivers, Mary Holloway, Sabuette Bethea and Evelyn.
