He was predeceased by: his parents, Harper Souilliard and Alice Souilliard (Oliver). He is survived by: his wife Jeanine Souilliard (Korotie); his children, Lynne David (Jim) of Glastonbury, Valerie Lembo (Greg) of Shrewsbury, MA, Susan Strileckis (Todd) of Watertown, Bridgot Basile (Patrick) of Douglassville, PA and Douglas Souilliard Jr. of Bristol; his grandchildren, Drew, Scott, Lauren, Ali, Madison, Hannah, Connor, Nash, Cole and Doug; and his siblings, Keith Souilliard of Watertown and Shirley Kloss of Forestville. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
