She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore Mendyka; her parents, Julius Fiftal and Anna Fiftal (Pazden); her daughter Karen Mendyka Heebner; and her brother Edward Fiftal.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew Mendyka (Tara) of Manchester and Cynthia Mendyka of Watertown; and her sister Irene Daley of Florida. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
