She was predeceased by: her parents, William Guerin and Winifred Guerin; and her son Richard Carlson. She is survived by: her husband James R. Carlson of Waterford; her daughters, Catherine Zito of Waterford and Debra Ciofi of Niantic; and her grandchildren, David Zito, Sharon Dziecinny, Jeffrey Zito, Jayme Carlson and Eric Ciofi (Brian Ciofi). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
