He is survived by: his parent Mikele Polizzi (Costa); his spouse Mary Salzano; his children, Nicholas Polizzi, Margaret Spinnato, Theresa Ebersole, Steve Polizzi, Linda Stom, James Polizzi and Susan DeNoia; and his brother Salvatore Polizzi. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
