He is survived by: his parents, Richard Sr. Williams and Renette Telage Williams; his daughters, Cassidy Shoaf, Taylor Williams and Isabella Williams; his granddaughters, Skye and Evalyn; his siblings, Janine Rene Williams and Jeremy Williams; his niece Alexandra Williams-Martin (James); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nazier, Neiara and James Jr.; his nephew Terrence Cowart Jr.; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Terrence III and Laylah Helene.
