He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludovic Laferriere and Lillian Laferriere (Marquis); and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his wife Della Schimmel; his children, Ronald Laferriere, Laurie Tevepaugh and Marc Laferriere; his stepchildren, Ronald Bence, Michael Galipeau and Jeannine Ladue; and his brother Donald Laferriere. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
