She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Shanley Connolly and John Connolly; her siblings, Ruth Conkey, Lillian Crawford, Florence Spry, John Connolly (Benny), Leonard Connolly and Edward Connolly; and her son Richard F. Bishop, Jr..
She is survived by: her former husband Richard Frederic Bishop; her husband James Bracknell; her daughter Virginia M. Sweat of Pawcatuck; her grandchildren, Linda Sweat (Mike Galli) of Charlestown, RI, Deborah Pratt (Joseph) of Pawcatuck, CT, John Sweat (Carol) of Scotland, CT and James Sweat of Jeffersonville, VT.; and her great grandchildren, Lyndsay Pratt, Alexandra Pratt, Noah Sweat, Elizabeth Sweat, Nathaniel Sweat and Emily Sweat. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
