She is survived by: her friends, Nancy, Elaine and Diane; her husband Charles Petchark; her children, Kim (Alan), Robin (Karlton), Karen (Jeff), Chuck (Melanie) and Kevin (Jami); her sister Diane; her brother-in-law Robert Dumont; and her nieces, Tamra and Danielle.
