He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hoffa and Evelyn Hoffa (Fox); and his sisters, Sandra Mills and Mary Jane Hoffa. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his grandchildren, Arianna, Anthony, Gino and Brianne; and his siblings, Donald, William Hoffa and Linda Stichter.
