Laura Debarros Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Debarros of Waterford, Connecticut, who passed away on November 22, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Lewis and Emma Lewis; her husband Edward DeBarros; her son-in-law William Jerome; and her siblings, Clarence Lewis Jr., Frederick Lewis, Raymond Lewis, Arthur Lewis, Henry Lewis, Florence Dart, Ella Millette, Dorothy Zawaski and Helen Searle.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence DeBarros of South Carolina, Janice Jerome of North Carolina and Donna Antczak (Bud) of Waterford; her grandchildren, Sherry Turner, Wendy DeBarros, Timothy Jerome, Roxann Welch, Stacey Wielachowski, Keith Antczak and Lauren DeBarros; and her daughter Kim Carrigan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, her family has requested donations be directed to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306.
