She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Kollett and Dolores Kollett (Morrison); and her brothers, Ernest and Richard Villanueva. She is survived by: her daughter Lia La Chapelle (Edward Ford); her grandchildren, William, Eliana and Jack Ford; her siblings, Jean Scambio and Frederick Kollett Jr.; her former husband Joseph Brooks; and her fiancé Richard Gianfrocco.
