He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Bernadine; and his siblings, George and Ruth. He is survived by: his sister Kathleen Warner; his daughters, Tammy Phillips and Melanie Bock (Randall); his grandchildren, Shane Phillips (Nicole), Corey Gladue, Tessa and Emma Bock; and his great grandchildren, Caleb and Alanna Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
