He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelina Geaglone Perry and Joseph Perry of Italian; his wife Jean Perry; and his nephew Scott Gwiazda. He is survived by: his son Randy Perry (Keri Perry); his grandson Joshua Perry; his son Todd Perry (Karen Perry); his granddaughter Maria Shyner (Joseph); his significant other Barbara Endres; his partner's children, Sean Endres, Monica Endres and Michelle Gasparino (Michael); his siblings, Mary Ann Gwiazda and Emanuel Perry (Debra); his niece Amanda Perry Robinson; and also, Briana, Garrett and Ryan.

Donations in Joe's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
