He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frederick and Anna Walker (MacKillop); his former wife Kathleen Jane Kelly (Church); his son John M. Walker, Jr.; and his siblings, James Walker, Eileen Bickley, Joyce St. Germain-Warner and Mary Pennington-Fuller.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Walker (Bonnie) of Naples, Florida, Matthew Walker (Lisa) of East Lyme, Andrew and Elizabeth Walker Sutman of Waterford; his grandchildren, Hillary Singer (Evan), John (Katie), Brian (Tate), Michael, Devin, Tyler, Jamal (Maria), Jarvis Walker, Matthew, Emily Epps (Pat), Annie Walker and Josephine Olson (Cody); his great grandchildren, Adelyn, Jax, Beau Walker, Hazel, Harlow Singer, Finley Olson, Evvy Epps, Rowan Walker, John Walker and Julianna James; and his sisters, Hannah Walker of Norwich and Florence Boland of North Carolina. He is also survived by his loving family and many dear friends.
