He is survived by: his wife Janet Sutera; his son Auto; his grandchildren, Thomas Padgett, Jr., Samantha and Sara Proctor; his sisters-in-law, Lillian (Anthony Joyce) and Annette Sutera; and his aunt Arminda Gigliotti.
