He was predeceased by: his father James Hyatt. He is survived by: his mother Rita Hyatt; his significant other Lisa; his children, Elijah, Ashton and Lily; his brothers, Pat Hyatt (Karen), Matt Hyatt (Kate) and James Hyatt; his brothers-in-law, Peter Harris (Sarah), Kenny Harris and Jim Grieshaber; and his parents-in-law, Nelson Harris, Judy Harris and Russell Deag.
Jay was very passionate about lifelong learning therefore in lieu of flowers, contributions in Jay's memory can be made to the Hyatt Children Education Fund C/O Liberty Bank, account # 6578269631.
