We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2023, at the age of 85, Janice A. Devlin of Waterford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen W. Doucette and Nellie Doucette; her granddaughter Brooke Bartelli; and her siblings, Kathryn Duggan, Rita Staehle and William Doucette.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Bartelli (Michael Kelly) and Donna Devlin (James Moreau); her grandchildren, Robert Ashton (Cabrina Davis), Kaitlyn Way (Michael Barbeau), William Bartelli IV and Michael Bartelli; and her great grandchildren, Talulah Ashton and Emerson Barbeau.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
