We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2021, at the age of 97, Jane Turello Turner of Waterford, Connecticut, born in New London, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Turello and Catherine Sexton Turello; and her siblings, Nicolette Pescatello (John), Mary Jane Strazza (Pete), Frances Deptula (Chet), Peter Turello, Patricia Snooks (Joe), Katherine Lovetere (Mike), Josephine Weinberg (Meyer), Margaret Smith (George) and Nancy Bird (Ed).
She is survived by: her husband Raymond D. Turner Jr.; her children, Katherine J. Turner of Charlotte, N. C., Raymond D. Turner III (Cindy) of Waterford and John E. A. Turner (Meg) of Clermont, Fla.; and her sister Alice Trakas of Niantic. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; plus numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Josheph's Church, 17 Squire Street, New London, CT 06320.
