He is survived by: his parents, Miriam Cerda of Groton and Roberto Cerda of New York; his wife Kristin; his children, Michael Mangual of California, Jacob of Waterford and Alexis Mangual of Waterford; and his siblings, Melody Morales of New York and Michael Cerda of Norwich.
