We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2023, at the age of 87, Elmer Taylor Jr. of Waterford, Connecticut, born in Little Rock, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Taylor Sr. and Isabella Taylor; his brothers, Olee, Lewis and Shea Taylor; his former wife Pauline Johnson Taylor; and his children, Tony Taylor and Lisa Binion.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Taylor; his siblings, Ertha, Clarence, Dean and Loretta; his children, James Epps Jr. (Donna) and Marcia Epps-Gillen (Michael); and his grandchildren, Brandy Mitchell, Michael, Anthony and Alissa Malhoit. He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews.
