He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Pavelko and Susan Henchman Pavelko; his aunt Sandra Henchman Cole; and his cousin John Cole. He is survived by: his wife Cara Pavelko (Hann); his daughter Leila Rose Pavelko; his sister Amy Pavelko Donegan (Jim); his nephews, Tucker and Colin Donegan; and his uncles, Steven Pavelko (Barbara), Edward Pavelko (Barbara) and Leland Henchman (Priscilla).
In lieu of flowers, a trust has been created and contributions can be made to "The Leila Rose Pavelko 2024 Trust.".
