He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Elizabeth and Mary Elizabeth; his wife Kathleen Shea; his son David M. Allred, Jr. of Lexington, SC; his stepson Brian Lavoie of Lebanon, CT; his siblings, Stan and Sandy Woodard of Norfolk, VA; his daughter-in-law Vera; his grandchildren, Jada and Maiya Allred; and his former wife Lois Allred.
