He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad and Lena Devlin, Sr. (Valentini); and his granddaughter Brooke Bartelli. He is survived by: his wife Janice Doucette; his daughters, Kathleen Bartelli of Waterford and Donna Devlin (James Moreau) of Waterford; his grandchildren, Robert Ashton (Cabrina Davis), Kaitlyn Way (Michael Barbeau), William Bartelli, IV and Michael Bartelli; and his great grandchild Talulah Ashton.
