He was predeceased by: his daughter Mona Kupka. He is survived by: his parents, Francisco DelaCruz and Herbacia Jaminal DelaCruz; his spouse Gloria Neto; his sons, Clemente J., Jr of Port St, Kenneth J. (Stonington), Jeffrey M., Mark J. and David J. of Uncasville; and his significant other Joyce Merlo. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
