With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne M. Mikulka of Waterford, Connecticut, born in Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on August 24, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Anne departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Anne may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Anne leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Hermonat and Anna Podgwaite Hermonat; her husband George Mikulka; her brother George Hermonat; and her son-in-law Jack Dinsfriend.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Dinsfriend, Adele Mikulka (George Chappell) and Marlene Bucettas (Frank); and her siblings, Karl Hermonat and Marlene Skonieczny.
