It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Marciniak (Waterford, Connecticut), born in New London, Connecticut, who passed away on January 11, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ransford Haley Collins and Cora Ethel Lewis; her husband Edmund Marciniak Sr.; her son Gerald C. Collins; and her siblings, Ransford, Ralph, Jimmy, Walter Collins and Ruth Briggs.
She is survived by: her sister Marylou Burpee; her children, Edmund Marciniak, Michael G. Marciniak of Sterling, Rowena H. Parzych of New London, CT and Linda A. Marciniak of Griswold, CT; and her pets, Buster and Yogi. She is also survived by several grandchildren, 1 greatgrandchild, several nieces and nephews.
