It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William H. Finnegan of Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Maureen Nuerakis. He is survived by: his sisters, Kathy Matthews of Berlin and Patricia Ksiazkowski of Berlin; his nieces, Linda Spooner (Keith), Susan Giglio (John), Lorraine Nuerakis, Sharon Mendillo (John), Maureen Keeley (James), Hope Petrarca (Brian) and Julie Fernandes (Raul); his stepchildren, Pamela Kelly, Patrick Kelly and Shawn Kelley (Gail); and also Dorothy Knight. He is also survived by several grandnieces and grandnephews and step-grandchildren.
