It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Akra of Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on March 7, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William Akra Sr. William; and his brother Shawn Akra. He is survived by: his mother Barbara J. Akra (Poole); his children, Anthony Akra, Ashley of Charlotte, Brandon Akra of Cheshire, Jacquez Akra and Christine of Waterbury; his stepdaughter Crystal Willis of Windsor; his grandchildren, Joel, Zoey, Nora and Sofia; and his siblings, Donell Akra of Stockton, Michael Akra, Melissa of Waterbury and Cedrick Akra of Miami, Florida.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many other extended family members and friends.
