Church of Waterbury, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Church and Vera Church; his children, Jan and Karen; and his sister-in-law Dolores Falcone.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Church (Falcone); his brother Albert (Dot) of Bristol; his sister-in-law Lorraine (Michael) of Southbury; his nieces, Cheryl (Leveille) and Krista; and his nephew Jeffrey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins he loved.
