Rodriguez (Heather); his sisters, Mary Jo Gutman and Rosie Diaz; his grandchildren, Jimmy, Michael, Jaime Lee, Melvin II, Matthew, Scott Jr., Zakry, Jared, Alexi, Rosaly, Rosemary, Roxanne, Sadie and Luis; his great grandchildren, Syin, Jayse, Asen, Melvin III, Travis, Josephine, Carter, Xiyleia Myra, Imani, Elias Hudson and Havana; and his former wife Sonia Velazquez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
