He was loved and cherished by many people including: his close friend Carole LeFrancois; his parents, Terrence F. O'Loughlin Sr. and Donna Manzolli (DiPrimio); his children, Stephanie O'Loughlin (Joshua Voelzke) of Naugatuck, Shawn O'Loughlin of Watertown, Michael O'Loughlin (Morgan Pelosi) of Watertown and Gisele Aburkhis (Mohamed) of Waterbury; his brother Richard J. O'Loughlin (Michelle O'Loughlin) of Terryville; and his grandchildren, Breyan, Jana and Wasim Aburkhis.
