He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen A. Lyons (Baxter); and his parents, Raymond E. Lyons Sr. and Ethel Lyons (Pollard). He is survived by: his children, Beth Beadle (Robert) of Enfield, Thomas Lyons of Torrington and Robert (Melissa) of Middlebury.
