He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucian Cornacchio and Elizabeth Cornacchio (Trionfo); his wife Marcia Cornacchio (Baxter); his son Ronald Cornacchio; and his brothers, John and Frank Cornacchio.
He is survived by: his children, Lee Cornacchio-Todd of Manasquan, NJ and Mark Cornacchio (Jeanie) of Old Saybrook, CT; and his grandchildren, Jacqueline Cornacchio and Mark Cornacchio, Jr. (Pauline Cimaglio) of Cheshire.
