He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Weaver, Alexis Weaver, Kim Nelson (Nigel) of Wolcott and Sheila Weaver; his siblings, Jeanette Powell, Carolyn Hurdle, Rita Billingsley, Valerie Billingsley, Georgette Billingsley of West Hartford, Willie Lee Simmons Sr. of South Carolina and Peter Simmons Sr. of Norristown, PA.; his grandchildren, Brandon Weaver, Chantel Weaver, Ricky Harper Jr., Aliyah Saunders, Brennin Nelson, Da'Jour Fluitt, Innis Nelson and Nya Nelson; his close friend Lowrine Anderson; and his daughter Latisha Anderson. He is also survived by 5 great- grandchildren.
